Turn on the camera.
Now press the "Menu" button on your camera.
Go to Camera Menu 1 (red menu), select the second option Aspect Ratio, and confirm with OK.
Now select the desired aspect ratio:
FULL (standard), 1.6, 1:1, 4:3, or 16:9
Confirm with OK and the aspect ratio has been changed.
