Contact support@fixonic.co.uk with your order reference and the reason for returning the goods so we can provide appropriate return instructions or a label where required. Your statutory rights do not depend on prior approval or on a supplier approving or reimbursing a return.
For purchases from an independent marketplace seller, use the order problem or messaging flow for that seller's return instructions and address. Contact Fixonic support if you cannot reach the seller.
Supplier-fulfilled orders
For a supplier-fulfilled order, contact Fixonic through the order problem flow first. You do not need to negotiate separately with the overseas supplier, and any supplier reimbursement case does not pause a customer refund that Fixonic or the accountable seller owes.
