Guide overview

Before you begin

I took a Nintendo DS with a broken screen hinge and restored it by converting it into a GBA. I used the upper screen for the conversion and sanded the inside of the shell to eliminate gaps around the screen edges. I posted the internal wiring method, which you can refer to https://www.youtube.com/post/Ugkxf8M8rLN... The display looks great both in dark rooms and outdoors. For the first time, I placed stereo speakers on both sides of the screen on the front, and the volume is pretty good, too. This modified handheld can play all GBA games, as well as a small number of NDS games that don't require the touchscreen and where the upper-screen display can be ignored. #Maximaker #MaximakerDIY #MaximakerFix
